Hope and community are the foundation for a brighter future

At the core of our mission is a community-based approach to providing hope, shelter, and support for those in our community who need it most. For individuals and families facing homelessness or hardship, a safe place to access critical resources can be the first step toward rebuilding their lives.

Through emergency shelter, social services, and essential resources, we offer not only sustenance but also pathways toward stability and independence. Our goal is to create a welcoming, supportive environment where people can regain their confidence and work toward a brighter future.

Our Mission is to provide Shelter, Advocacy, and Resources for the Sisters Unhoused Community.

Providing a wide range of services to meet a wide range of needs

At CORE, we understand that there is no one-size fits all solution to housing, food, and financial insecurity. As advocates, we listen to our neighbors to design our services and solutions based around their needs. As community partners, we help individuals establish themselves with services throughout Central Oregon.

From our food bank to our emergency shelter operations, all of our services are volunteer-led and community-funded. With this model, we have many opportunities for our supporters to transform their compassion into meaningful, informed, and successful action.
